This non-commercial service is available for registered collaborators to use our hardware and software facilities to solve own automated image registration, segmentation and regional analysis tasks.

The DICOM server manages the incoming association requests and uploads the received images into the Automatic Image Processing Server for launching complex automated image processing procedures. The service initiator will get an email about the results of the requested image processing service and the availability of the processed data files.

  • Up to 10TByte UDO2 JukeBox archiving system.
  • Ubuntu/Debian Linux 64 bit operating system.
  • Sun Grid Engine task scheduler.
  • Automated image processing software using 3rd party applications and M3I utilities.

  • Automated T1/T2 registration including, Fiesta, TOF MRI images.
  • Automated spatial standardization of T1 images.
  • Automated PET/MRI and SPECT/MRI registration.
  • Automated LORETA/MRI registration.
  • Automated, brain atlas based regional analysis for PET and SPECT brain images.
  • Automated evaluation parametric DTI images from DWI inputs.
