The fca utility (included in the http://pet.dote.hu/~balkay/fca/fcabin/fcabin.zip)
is compiled with the Matlab 7.6.0 version, hence you have to install the
Matlab Runtime Component (MRC) first. The MRC (MCRInstaller.exe) can be
found in the "http://pet.dote.hu/~balkay/fca/matlabruntime" directory. After 
installing the MRC you can run (unzip fcabin.zip and run the fca.exe file)  the fca utility.
